Analisis Kinerja Crushing Plant untuk Mencapai Target Produksi 26.000 Ton per Bulan pada PT Silva Andia Utama Desa Giri Asih, Kecamatan Batujajar, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

Abstract. With the increasing intensity of development in Indonesia, especially in West Java, the need for andesite material is also increasing, therefore andesite mining companies must be able to meet market demand by increasing production. The amount of andesite reserves in West Java according to ESDM in 2021 is around 888,204,956 bcm. If we look at its reserves, West Java has great potential in the andesite mining sector.The research methodology used involves taking data directly from the field and also additional secondary data to support research activities. Data processing begins with calculating the work efficiency of the tool, unit productivity crushing plant, as well as counting loosing material.Unit productivity crushing plant from the starting stage primary crushing until sizing  namely 159.91 tons/hour or 842.72 tons/day or 25,281 tons/month. With efficient tool performance primary crushing 90.95%, and tools secondary crushing 98.61%. Production produced by the unit crushing plant does not meet the production target, which is still less than 719 tons/month. The products are produced from a series of units crushing plant divided into several products, namely base coarse, split and stone ash, with a target of 164,45 tons/hour in product percentage base coarse 18.06%, split 55.13% and rock ash 26.79%.

Abstrak. Dengan meningkatnya intensitas pembangunan di Indonesia khususnya di Jawa Barat maka kebutuhan material andesit juga meningkat, oleh karena itu perusahaan tambang andesit harus mampu memenuhi permintaan pasar dengan cara meningkatkan produksi. Jumlah cadangan batu andesit yang ada di Jawa Barat menurut ESDM pada tahun 2021 yaitu sekitar 888.204,956 bcm. Jika dilihat dari cadangannya Jawa Barat memiliki potensi yang besar di sektor pertambangan andesit. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dengan mengambil data langsung ke lapangan dan juga tambahan data sekunder  untuk menunjang kegiatan penelitian. Pengolahan data diawali dengan menghitung efisiensi kerja alat, produtivitas unit crushing plant, serta menghitung loosing material. Produktivitas unit crushing plant dari mulai tahapan primary crushing hingga ke sizing  yaitu sebesar 159,91 ton/jam atau 842,72 ton/hari atau 25.281 ton/bulan. Dengan efisiensi kinerja alat primary crushing 90,95%, dan alat secondary crushing 98,61%. Produksi yang dihasilkan oleh unit crushing plant tidak sesuai target produksi yaitu masih kurang 719 ton/bulan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari serangkaian unit crushing plant terbagi menjadi 3 fraksi, dengan target sebesar 164,45 ton/jam dengan presentase produk fraksi 1 (base coarse) 18,06%,  fraksi 2 (split) 55,13% dan fraksi 3 (abu batu) 26,79%.
