Pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Work Family Conflict

Abstract

Abstract. Currently, there are many online shopping platforms that are easy to download, accessible and reach all over the world, especially Indonesia. One of the most popular online shopping places is Shopee. One of the delivery services available at Shopee is Shopee Express. With the development and competition between logistics services for the delivery of a package, of course, this market place does not want to lose competitiveness. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between workload (X) on work family conflict (Y). This research uses descriptive and verification methods, uses a quantitative research approach and operates the calculations using the IBM SPSS program. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Respondents in this study were Shopee Express DC Bandung pick-up employees, totaling 46 employees. The results of this study conclude that: 1) Workload at Shopee Express DC Bandung is included in the High category. 2) Work family conflict at Shopee Express DC Bandung is in the High category. 3) Workload (X) has a significant effect on work family conflict (Y). Abstrak. Saat ini banyak berkembang platform belanja online yang mudah unduh diakses dan menjangkau seluruh dunia khususnya Indonesia. Salah satu tempat belanja online yang banyak digemari masyarakat yaitu Shopee. Salah satu layanan pengiriman yang terdapat di Shopee yaitu Shopee Express. Dengan adanya perkembangan dan persaingan antara jasa logistik pengiriman sebuah paket, tentunya market place ini tidak ingin kalah saing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara beban kerja (X) terhadap work family conflict (Y). penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program IBM SPSS. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pick-up Shopee Express DC Bandung yang berjumlah 46 karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Beban Kerja pada Shopee Express DC Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori Tinggi. 2) Work family conflict pada Shopee Express DC Bandung termasuk ke dalam kategori Tinggi. 3) Beban kerja (X) secara berpengaruh signifikan terhadap work family conflict (Y).
