Pengaruh Kecerdasan Intelektual dan Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Mekar Arum Kabupaten Bandung

Abstract. This study aims 1) To determine the intellectual intelligence of the teachers at SMA Mekar Arum. 2) To determine the emotional intelligence of the teachers at SMA Mekar Arum. 3) To determine the performance of teachers at SMA Mekar Arum Kabupaten Bandung. 4) To determine the magnitude of the influence of intellectual intelligence on teachers at SMA Mekar Arum. 5) To determine the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence of the teachers at SMA Mekar Arum. 6) To determine the magnitude of the influence of intellectual and emotional on the performance of the teachers at SMA Mekar Arum. The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification and operates the calculations using the SPSS 26.0 program. The variables in this study are Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Teacher Performance. Collecting data obtained through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The respondents of this study were all teachers at Mekar Arum High School, Bandung Regency, totaling 42 people, both PNS teachers and non-PNS teachers.

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui kecerdasan intelektual pada guru SMA Mekar Arum. 2) Untuk mengetahui kecerdasan emosional pada guru SMA Mekar Arum. 3) Untuk mengetahui kinerja guru pada SMA Mekar Arum. 4) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual pada guru pada SMA Mekar Arum. 5) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kecerdasan emosional pada guru SMA Mekar Arum. 6) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh intelektual dan emosional terhadap kinerja Guru SMA Mekar Arum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 26.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini Kecerdasan Intelektual, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kinerja Guru. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Mekar Arum Kabupaten Bandung yang berjumlah 42 orang baik guru PNS maupun guru non-PNS.
