Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine whether work family conflict and self-efficacy have an influence in improving the performance of female employees at PT. Rotaryana Engineering Bandung city. Performance is very important for companies because high and low performance determines the success of a company. Performance is thought to be influenced by work family conflict and self-efficacy. The method used is descriptive and verification. With this type of quantitative research. The research sample was 35 people using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of married female employees. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, work family conflict is included in the sufficient category, self-efficacy is included in the high category and employee performance is included in the high category. The results of multiple linear regression tests show that work family conflict and self-efficacy have a significant and significant effect on the performance of female employees.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah work family conflict dan efikasi diri memiliki pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada pegawai wanita di PT. Rotaryana Engineering kota Bandung. Kinerja sangat penting bagi perusahaan karena tinggi rendahnya kinerja menentukan kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan. Kinerja diduga dipengaruhi oleh work family conflict dan efikasi diri. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel Penelitian sebanyak 35 orang menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pegawai wanita yang sudah menikah. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS . Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukan work family conflict termasuk kedalam kategori cukup, efikasi diri termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi dan kinerja pegawai termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa work family conflict dan efikasi diri berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai wanita.
