Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted on the basis of the phenomenon of problems related to the influence of organizational behavior and work safety (K3) on employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to explain how the influence of organizational behavior and work safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta, as well as analyzing how organizational behavior (independent variable) and work safety (K3) (independent variable) affect employee performance at PT (dependent variable). Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta, the sampling method of this research uses proportional sampling technique. This study uses quantitative research methods or types with a maximum number of 50 respondents, focusing on the characteristics of 1-5 years of service and sex of 30 men and 20 women, as well as survey data collection techniques using library data. Distributing questionnaires and observations. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) Organizational behavior of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta wants a change process. 2) Work safety at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta wants to check employee work equipment, complete work equipment, and maintain work equipment. 3) Performance at Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta wants the quality of the work. 4) organizational behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and distribution in Jakarta. 5) Occupational health and safety have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and distribution in Jakarta. 6) Organizational Behavior and Occupational Safety (K3) simultaneously contribute or influence the performance of employees of PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta by 46.2%. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between organizational behavior and work safety (K3) on employee performance at PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Central Jakarta.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar fenomena adanya permasalahan terkait pengaruh perilaku organisasi dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh perilaku organisasi dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Pusat, serta menganalisis bagaimana perilaku organisasi (variabel bebas) dan keselamatan kerja (K3) (variabel bebas) mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT (variabel terikat). Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Pusat, metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik proportional sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode atau jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden maksimal 50 orang, dengan fokus pada karakteristik masa kerja 1-5 tahun dan jenis kelamin 30 laki-laki dan 20 perempuan, serta teknik pengumpulan data survei menggunakan data perpustakaan. Membagikan kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diringkas sebagai berikut. 1) Perilaku organisasi karyawan PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Pusat menginginkan proses perubahan. 2) Keselamatan kerja di PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Pusat ingin melakukan pengecekan peralatan kerja karyawan, kelengkapan peralatan kerja, dan perawatan peralatan kerja. 3) Kinerja pada, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta menginginkan pada kualitas hasil kerja. 4) perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kimia Farma Trading dan distribusi di Jakarta. 5) kesehatan dan Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kimia Fharma Trading dan distribusi di Jakarta. 6) Perilaku Organisasi dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) secara simultan memberikan kontribusi atau pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta Pusat sebesar 46,2%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara perilaku organisasi dan keselamatan kerja (K3) terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Kimia Farma Trading & Distribusi Jakarta Pusat.
