Pengaruh Etika Kerja Islam dan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja
Abstract
ABSTRACT. Educational institutions play a major role in the quality of education including the performance of the institution and the resources it has, including its human resources. If the educational institution is based on Islam, then the resources owned by the institution must be guided by the Islamic framework. The application of Islamic patterns is not only about the Islamic name and its rituals, but spirituality also needs to be considered in order to have Islamic human resources both ritually and spiritually. In this study, we examined the influence of Islamic spirituality and work ethics on performance in Islamic- based Elementary Schools, including employees of SDIT Muhammadiyah Simpang, MI AL-Jumhuriyah I & II, both teachers and staff of the institution. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Regression Test, Correlation Test, Determination Coefficient Test, T & F Test and Hypothesis Test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant positive influence of spirituality on performance, a significant positive influence of Islamic Work Ethics on Performance and there was a simultaneous positive influence of Islamic Spirituality and Work Ethics on Performance
ABSTRAK. Instansi pendidikan berperan besar terhadap kualitas pendidikan termasuk dari kinerja instansi serta sumber daya yang dimiliki termasuk sumber daya manusianya. Jika instansi pendidikan tersebut berbasis islam maka sumber daya yang dimilki instansi tersebut harus berpedoman terhadap
kerangka keislaman. Penerapan pola keislaman bukan hanya tentang nama islami dan ritual nya saja tetapi spiritualnya pun perlu diperhatikan agar memiliki sumber daya manusia yang islami baik secara ritual dan spiritual.. Pada penelitian ini kami meneliti tentang pengaruh spiritualitas dan etika kerja islam terhadap kinerja pada Sekolah Dasar berbasis islam antara lain karyawan SDIT Muhammadiyah Simpang, MI AL-Jumhuriyah I & II baik guru maupun staff lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi Uji T & F serta Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan spiritualitas pada kinerja, pengaruh positif signifikan Etika Kerja Islam pada Kinerja serta terdapat pengaruh positif yang simultan Spiritualitas dan Etika Kerja Islam Terhadap Kinerja.
