Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance tehadap Harga Saham Bank Syariah yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Abstract. This study investigates the influence of the independent board of commissioners and the size of the company on the share price of Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Using cross-sectional data from Islamic banks over a certain period, this study uses a regression model with cross-section fixed effects to account for fixed differences between companies. The results of the calculation show that the Independent Board of Commissioners has a significant positive influence on the share price, indicating that transparency and strong oversight can increase the company's value in the eyes of investors. On the other hand, company size was not found to have a consistent significant influence on stock prices in the context of Islamic banks on the IDX.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi pengaruh dewan komisaris independen dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap harga saham bank syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Menggunakan data cross-sectional dari bank-bank syariah selama periode tertentu, penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi dengan cross-section fixed effects untuk memperhitungkan perbedaan tetap antara perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Independen memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, menunjukkan bahwa transparansi dan pengawasan yang kuat dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan di mata investor. Di sisi lain, ukuran perusahaan tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang konsisten terhadap harga saham dalam konteks bank syariah di BEI.
