Hubungan Religiusitas dengan Perilaku Seksual Pranikah pada Remaja di Kota Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. Adolescent behavior is strongly influenced by religiosity. A system of religious standards and values based on individual personal religious beliefs makes religiosity a model of behavior for adolescents. The high prevalence of premarital sex in Indonesia is not in line with the religious values adopted by Indonesian society. Premarital sexual behavior carried out by adolescents is increasingly commonplace, where religiosity should be a shield so that adolescents do not fall into deviant behavior. This study aims to determine how closely related religiosity is to sexual behavior carried out by adolescents in the city of Bandung, with correlational quantitative research methods and using convenience sampling techniques with a total of 125 respondents. This study uses The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) measurement tool that has been developed so that it can be used to measure the religiosity of adolescents in Indonesia and uses the premarital sexual behavior scale compiled by Yulianto. This study used spearman rank data analysis technique with a correlation value of -.291 with a significance value of .001, meaning that there is a weak relationship between religiosity and sexual behavior in adolescents in Bandung City.
Abstrak Perilaku remaja sangat dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas. Sistem standar dan nilai-nilai agama yang didasarkan kepada keyakinan religiusitas pribadi individu menjadikan religiusitas sebagai model perilaku bagi remaja. Tingginya prevalensi seks pranikah di Indonesia, tidak sejalan dengan nilai-nilai agama yang dianut oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Perilaku seksual pranikah yang dilakukan oleh remaja semakin lumrah untuk dilakukan, dimana religiusitas seharusnya menjadi tameng agar remaja tidak terjerumus ke dalam perilaku yang menyimpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa erat hubungan religiusitas dengan perilaku seksual yang dilakukan oleh remaja di Kota Bandung, dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional serta menggunakan teknik sampling convenience sampling dengan total responden sebanyak 125 remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) yang telah dikembangkan sehingga dapat dipakai untuk megukur religiusitas remaja di Indonesia dan menggunakan skala perilaku seksual pranikah yang disusun oleh Yulianto. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data rank spearman dengan nilai korelasi -.291 dengan nilai signifikansi .001, artinya terdapat hubungan yang lemah antara religiusitas dengan perilaku seksual pada remaja di Kota Bandung.
