Studi Deskriptif Persepsi Siswa, Orang Tua dan Guru Mengenai Perundungan pada Siswa SMP di Kota Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to determine the perceptions of students, parents and teachers regarding bullying behavior. The research participants in this study were junior high school students (N= 328) in Bandung City grade 7 (n = 184), grade 8 (n= 75) and grade 9 (n = 69). Then the participants in this study were parents, consisting of fathers (N= 226), mothers (N= 229) and teachers (N= 140). Data collection in this study was conducted online and offline using google forms and questionnaires. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Clusters in this study were determined based on school type (public and private) and school base (religious and non-religious). The measuring instrument used refers to Olweus' bullying theory with four answer options 1= Strongly disagree; 2= Disagree; 3= Agree; 4= Strongly agree. With reliability tests on students, parents and teachers (Cronbach alpha>.05) This study used a quantitative approach, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that students, parents and teachers assessed that bullying is an aggressive act committed by students against other students intentionally, aiming to harm the victim. Students also assess what is said to be bullying if there are repeated aggressive actions. However, parents and teachers considered that aggressive actions committed only once could be considered as bullying. Students, parents and teachers consider that bullying behavior occurs because of the power imbalance between the perpetrator and the victim.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi siswa, orang tua dan guru mengenai perilaku perundungan. Partisipan penelitian pada penelitian ini yaitu siswa SMP (N = 328) di Kota Bandung kelas 7(n = 184), kelas 8(n = 75) dan kelas 9(n = 69). Kemudian yang menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu orang tua, yang terdiri dari bapak (N = 226), ibu (N = 229) dan guru (N = 140). Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan secara online dan offline dengan menggunakan google form dan kuesioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu cluster random sampling. Cluster pada penelitian ini ditentukan berdasarkan tipe sekolah (negeri dan swasta) dan basis sekolah (agama dan non agama). Alat ukur yang digunakan mengacu pada teori perundungan Olweus dengan empat pilihan jawaban 1= Sangat tidak setuju; 2= Tidak Setuju; 3= Setuju; 4= Sangat Setuju. Dengan uji reliabilitas pada siswa, orang tua dan guru (Cronbach alpha >.05) Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan siswa, orang tua dan guru menilai bahwa perundungan merupakan tindakan agresif yang dilakukan siswa terhadap siswa lain secara sengaja, bertujuan untuk menyakiti korban. Siswa juga menilai yang dikatakan sebagai perundungan yaitu jika ada tindakan agresif yang dilakukan berulang. Namun orang tua dan guru menilai tindakan agresif yang dilakukan hanya sekali dapat dikatakan sebagai perundungan. Siswa, orang tua dan guru menilai bahwa perilaku perundungan terjadi karena adanya power imbalance antara pelaku dan korban
