Abstract. The phenomenon of “quiet quitting” has garnered increasing attention since the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with changing work patterns and rapid industrial transformation. This phenomenon has emerged as a result of various workplace demands, such as heavy workloads, stress, and anxiety. This study aims to analyze the contribution of work-life balance to quiet quitting among banking employees in Bandung. The study employs a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional correlational design involving 136 banking employees selected using convenience sampling. The research instruments consisted of the work-life balance scale developed by Fisher et al. (2009) and adapted by Gunawan (2019), as well as the Quiet Quitting Scale by Galanis et al. (2023), adapted by Sejati et al. (2025). Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The results indicate that the majority of respondents exhibited low work-life balance and high levels of quiet quitting. Work-life balance accounted for 37.6% of the variance in quiet quitting (R² = 0.376) and had a significant simultaneous effect (p < 0.001). Partially, the WIPL and PLIW dimensions had a significant positive effect on quiet quitting; WEPL had no significant effect; while PLEW had a significant negative effect with the largest beta coefficient (β = -0.360), indicating that the greater the positive influence of personal life on work, the lower the tendency toward quiet quitting. These findings suggest that improving work-life balance particularly through support for employees personal lives has the potential to reduce the tendency toward quiet quitting among banking employees in Bandung
