Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of technostress on job satisfaction among employees at PT X. The research method used is quantitative with a causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires that measured the levels of technostress and job satisfaction. The subjects consisted of 106 employees of PT X, selected using a purposive sampling technique. The technostress variable was measured using the Technostress Scale based on Tarafdar et al.'s (2007) theory, adapted by Alma Nissa Salsabila (2022). The job satisfaction variable was measured using the Job satisfaction Survey (JSS) developed by Spector (1997), adapted by Salsabila Syani et al. (2021). Data analysis was conducted using simple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results of the study showed that the majority of employees experienced high levels of technostress (77.4%) and low levels of job satisfaction (50.94%). Regression analysis indicated that technostress had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction (p = 0.000 < 0.05; R² = 0.227; β = -0.747). These findings indicate that the research hypothesis is accepted, meaning that higher levels of technostress experienced by employees are associated with lower levels of job satisfaction.
