Prediktor Viktimisasi Poly-Bullying pada Siswa SMP di Kota Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. Poly-Bullying is bullying that occurs repeatedly and can take place in one or more environments, which negatively affects students mental and emotional well-being. This study aims to identify factors that increase the likelihood of poly-bullying in adolescents and describe the subjective well-being of students who experience it. The research design used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey and stratified cluster random sampling technique, involving 767 students. The measurement tools used included school bullying, Children's Worlds Subjective Well-Being Scale 5 (CW-SWBS5), and supporting factors such as school climate, socioeconomic status, family relationships, and friends. Data were analyzed with SPSS version 26 using binary logistic regression to identify the relationship between predictor variables and poly-bullying victimization. The results showed that the indicator 'my friends are usually nice to me' increased the risk of poly-bullying by 34.6%, while 'frequency of fights at school' increased the risk of poly-bullying by 26.3%. Students who experienced poly-bullying had lower subjective well-being (M = 61.8, SD = 28.9) than those who did not experience it (M = 74.6, SD = 26.9). Females who experienced poly-bullying also showed lower subjective well-being (M = 67.1, SD = 27.1) than males (M = 74.7, SD = 26.3).
