Resilience pada Pelaku UMKM Kota Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. MSMEs have a significant positive impact on economic growth in Indonesia. However, MSMEs are faced with various challenges such as an increasingly uncertain global economic environment and a lack of human resources who have the knowledge and skills to develop businesses and to face existing challenges. This study aims to determine the description of resilience owned by MSME actors in Bandung City. Using quantitative methods to analyze data from 112 micro and small business actors in the fashion and culinary fields in Bandung City. Data collection uses the CD-RISC measuring instrument from Manzano and Ayala (2013) which consists of 23 items with validity results > of 0.1857 and reliability of 0.916. This study found that MSMEs in Bandung City have a high resilience of 71 (63%).
Abstrak. UMKM memberikan dampak positif yang siginifikan terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian di Indonesia. Namun UMKM dihadapi berbagai tantangan seperti lingkungan ekonomi global yang semakin tidak menentu dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengembangkan usaha maupun untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai resilience yang dimiliki oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Bandung. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis data dari 112 pelaku usaha mikro dan kecil pada bidang fesyen dan kuliner di Kota Bandung. Pengumpulan data menggunakan alat ukur CD-RISC dari Manzano dan Ayala (2013) yang terdiri dari 23 item dengan hasil validitas > sebesar 0.1857 dan reliabilitas sebesar 0.916. Studi ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa pelaku UMKM di Kota Bandung memiliki resilience yang tinggi yaitu sebesar 71 (63%).
