Pengaruh Nilai Individu terhadap Niat Berwirausaha pada Mahasiswa di Kota Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of individual values ​​on entrepreneurial intentions of students in Bandung City. This study uses a quantitative approach with sample (N = 151) students in Bandung City who have intention to be an entrepreneur and selected using convenience sampling techniques. Data were collected by using  Portrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ-40) by Schwartz and the Entrepreneurial Intention Inventory (EII) by Liñán and Chen. Data was analysed using multiple linear regression to see the effect of self-direction, stimulation, hedonism, achievement, power on entrepreneurial intentions. The results showed that all values has significant positive effect simultaneously on entrepreneurial intentions (p = .000) and p <.05 for each values. The contribution of all individual values ​​to entrepreneurial intentions was 40.7%.


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai-nilai individu terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel (N=151) mahasiswa di Kota Bandung yang memiliki intensi berwirausaha dan dipilih dengan teknik convenience sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Portrait Value Questionnaire (PVQ-40) oleh Schwartz dan Entrepreneurial Intention Inventory (EII) oleh Liñán dan Chen. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh pengarahan diri, stimulasi, hedonisme, prestasi, kekuasaan terhadap niat kewirausahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua nilai berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap niat kewirausahaan (p = .000) dan p < .05 untuk setiap nilai. Kontribusi semua nilai individu terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 40,7%.
