Pengaruh Institutional Trust terhadap Perilaku Kooperatif dalam Konteks Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan

Abstract. Covid-19 first appeared in Wuhan in 2019 and spread in Indonesia on March 2 2020. Cases of the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia are increasing, so the government makes instructions to break the chain of spread of covid-19, one of which is the implementation of the 3M's health protocol.  The cooperative behavior of the community in implementing health protocols is needed so that the COVID-19 pandemic ends quickly.  The psychological variable that affects cooperative behavior is trust, where the level of trust will affect a person's cooperative behavior.  The purpose of this study is to add information about the influence of institutional trust on the cooperative behavior of health workers at the Bandung City Health Center in the context of implementing health protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic.  This study uses a quantitative approach with a non-experimental causality research design and data collection techniques using a questionnaire.  The analysis technique uses Regression Test.  This study involved 198 health workers at the Bandung City Health Center.  The measuring instrument used in this research is the institutional trust questionnaire adapted by Rosiana (2019) and the cooperative behavior measurement tool using the cooperative behavior questionnaire created by the Central Statistics Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPS, 2020).  The results of the study stated that institutional trust had an effect on cooperative behavior of 9.9%.

Abstrak. Covid-19 muncul pertama kali di Wuhan pada tahun 2019 dan tersebar di Indonesia pada 2 maret 2020. Kasus penyebararan Covid-19 di Indonesia semakin lama semakin meningkat, sehingga pemerintah membuat instruksi-instruksi untuk memutuskan rantai penyebaran covid-19 salah satunya adalah diberlakukannya protokol kesehatan 3M. Perilaku kooperatif masyarakat dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan sangat dibutuhkan agar pandemi covid-19 cepat berakhir. Variabel psikologis  yang mempengaruhi perilaku kooperatif adalah trust, dimana tinggi rendahnya trust akan mempengaruhi perilaku kooperatif seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menambah informasi mengenai pengaruh institutional trust terhadap perilaku kooperatif petugas kesehatan puskesmas Kota Bandung dalam konteks penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas non eksperimen dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan Uji Regresi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 198 orang Petugas Kesehatan Puskesmas Kota Bandung. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner institutional trust yang diadaptasi oleh Rosiana (2019) dan alat ukur perilaku kooperatif menggunakan kuesioner perilaku kooperatif yang dibuat oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Republik Indonesia (BPS,2020). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa institutional trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku kooperatif sebesar 9,9%.
