Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the communication effectiveness of the "Srikandi Movement Goes to School" program organized by PLN UP3 Bandung at SMA 7 Pasundan Bandung. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study evaluates communication through six main indicators: Receiver, Content, Media, Format, Source, and Timing. The research population consisted of 12th-grade students at SMA 7 Pasundan Bandung, with samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive percentage analysis. The results indicate that the overall communication effectiveness of the program is in the "Good" category, with an average score of 3.10. Among the indicators, the Media indicator received the highest score (3.23), while the Content indicator received the lowest average score (2.99). These findings suggest that the program successfully delivered its message effectively, although improvements in the relevance and depth of the material are recommended to optimize student benefits.
