Profil Regimen Kemoterapi pada Pasien Kanker Paru Stadium III di RS X Periode 2023-2025

Abstract. The prescription of chemotherapy (cytostatic drugs) as the primary treatment for lung cancer must be carried out with caution and under close supervision. This study aims to determine the regimen proifle of chemotherapy to stage III lung cancer patients at X Hospital during the 2023–2025 period. The study was conducted as a descriptive observational study using a retrospective approach based on medical records of stage III lung cancer patients in the Inpatient Ward. . A total of 99 patients met the study criteria, with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) being the predominant type (92.9%). The Carboplatin–Paclitaxel regimen (45.5%) was found to be the most commonly used for NSCLC, while for Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC), it was the Etoposide–Carboplatin regimen (5.2%). The most commonly used supportive therapies included antiemetics, gastroprotectants, intravenous fluids and electrolytes, analgesics, corticosteroids, and bronchodilators.
Abstrak. Peresepan kemoterapi (sitostatika) sebagai modalitas utama kanker paru harus dilakukan dengan kehati-hatian dan pengawasan ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil regimen kemoterapi pada pasien kanker paru stadium III di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS X periode 2023–2025. Penelitian dilakukan secara observasional deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif berdasarkan data rekam medis pasien kanker paru stadium III di Instalasi Rawat Inap. Sebanyak 99 pasien memenuhi kriteria penelitian, dengan dominasi Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) (92,9%). Ditemukan Regimen kemoterapi Carboplatin - Paklitaksel (45,5%) paling banyak digunakan pada NSCLC, sedangkan pada Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) adalah Etoposid Carboplatin (5,2%).. Terapi suportif yang paling banyak digunakan antara lain golongan antiemetik, gastroprotektor, cairan infus dan elektorlit, analgesik, koritkosteroid, serta bronkodilator.
