Efektivitas Bisoprolol pada Denyut Jantung Pasien Gagal Jantung di RS X

Abstract. Heart failure is a cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality rates. Bisoprolol as a beta-blocker is recommended in the treatment of heart failure because it can reduce heart rate and improve patient clinical outcomes. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of bisoprolol in the therapy regimen for congestive heart failure on reducing heart rate in Hospital X. This study used an observational analytical method with a retrospective cohort design in 131 patients selected using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using the One-Way ANOVA test with a significance level of p < 0.05. The results showed a significant difference in the average reduction in heart rate between bisoprolol dose groups (p = 0.007). The Tukey HSD test showed that a significant difference was only found between doses of 1.25 mg and 2.5 mg (p = 0.010), with a greater average reduction in heart rate at the 2.5 mg dose.
Abstrak. Gagal jantung merupakan penyakit kardiovaskular dengan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Bisoprolol sebagai beta-blocker direkomendasikan dalam pengobatan gagal jantung karena dapat menurunkan denyut jantung dan memperbaiki hasil klinis pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas bisoprolol dalam regimen terapi gagal jantung terhadap penurunan denyut jantung di RS X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain kohort retrospektif pada 131 pasien yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji One-Way ANOVA dengan tingkat signifikansi p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada rata-rata penurunan denyut jantung antar kelompok dosis bisoprolol (p = 0,007). Uji Tukey HSD menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan signifikan hanya terdapat antara dosis 1,25 mg dan 2,5 mg (p = 0,010), dengan rata-rata penurunan denyut jantung yang lebih besar pada dosis 2,5 mg.
