Pola Penggunaan Antitrombosis pada Pasien Kardiovaskular-GGK di RS. X Bandung 2025

Abstract. Cardiovascular disease is one of the main causes of morbidity and mortality in the world which is often accompanied by comorbidities of chronic kidney failure (CKD). Decreased kidney function can affect the selection of antithrombosis therapy, so an overview of its use patterns in patients with cardiovascular disease and GGK is needed. This study aims to determine the pattern of use of antithrombosis drugs in patients with cardiovascular disease with comorbid chronic kidney failure. This study is a descriptive observational study with retrospective data collection using patient medical records. Samples were taken using the total sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were analyzed descriptively to obtain an overview of the pattern of use of antithrombosis drugs. The results of the study in 96 patients showed that the most antithrombosis use was in the form of a combination of two aspirin + clopidogrel drugs (19%), followed by a combination of three aspirin + clopidogrel + heparin drugs (16%). The most monotherapy use was aspirin (5%), while the combination of four aspirin drugs + clopidogrel + fondaparinuks + heparin (5%), the combination of five aspirin drugs + klopidogrel + tikagrelor + heparin + warfarin (3%), and a combination of six aspirin + clopidogrel + enoksaparin + fondaparinuks + heparin + warfarin (1%).
Abstrak. Penyakit kardiovaskular merupakan salah satu penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di dunia yang sering disertai komorbid gagal ginjal kronis (GGK). Penurunan fungsi ginjal dapat memengaruhi pemilihan terapi antitrombosis sehingga diperlukan gambaran mengenai pola penggunaannya pada pasien dengan penyakit kardiovaskular dan GGK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola penggunaan obat antitrombosis pada pasien penyakit kardiovaskular dengan komorbid gagal ginjal kronis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif menggunakan rekam medis pasien. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode total sampling berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran pola penggunaan obat antitrombosis. Hasil penelitian pada 96 pasien menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan antitrombosis paling banyak berupa kombinasi dua obat aspirin + klopidogrel (19%), diikuti kombinasi tiga obat aspirin + klopidogrel + heparin (16%). Penggunaan monoterapi paling banyak adalah aspirin (5%), sedangkan kombinasi empat obat aspirin + klopidogrel + fondaparinuks + heparin (5%), kombinasi lima obat aspirin + klopidogrel + tikagrelor + heparin + warfarin (3%), dan kombinasi enam obat aspirin + klopidogrel + enoksaparin + fondaparinuks + heparin + warfarin (1%).
