Pola Bakteri pada Ketuban Pecah Dini Akibat Infeksi di RSUD Dokter Slamet Garut

Abstract

Abstract. Premature birth is still a problem that often occurs in the world. One of the premature births can be caused by premature rupture of membranes due to infection during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the pattern of microorganisms in premature rupture of membranes due to infection at Doctor Slamet Garut Hospital. This research was conducted with research subjects of pregnant women who experienced premature rupture of membranes at Doctor Slamet Garut Hospital. The research was conducted using descriptive observational research methods, with a convenience sampling technique. The research sample that met the inclusive criteria was 100 people. The results of this study indicate that the most common type of premature rupture of membranes due to infection at Doctor Slamet Garut Hospital is premature rupture of membranes (PROM) and the most common type of microorganism that causes premature rupture of membranes due to infection is Gram-positive bacteria. Based on the morphology, the most common causes of premature rupture of membranes due to infection are Gram-negative rods and Gram-positive cocci. Most of the bacteria that cause premature rupture of membranes are Gram-negative rods and Gram-positive cocci, while the most bacteria that cause premature rupture of membranes are Gram-negative rods and Gram-positive rods.

Abstrak. Kelahiran prematur masih menjadi salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi di dunia. Kelahiran prematur salah satunya dapat disebabkan oleh ketuban pecah dini akibat infeksi saat kehamilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola mikroorganisme pada ketuban pecah dini akibat infeksi di RSUD Dokter Slamet Garut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan subjek penelitian ibu hamil yang mengalami ketuban pecah dini di RSUD Dokter Slamet Garut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian observasional deskriptif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel convenience sampling. Sampel penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusif sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa jenis ketuban pecah dini akibat infeksi yang paling sering terjadi di RSUD Dokter Slamet Garut adalah premature rupture of membrane (PROM) dan mikroorganisme penyebab ketuban pecah dini akibat infeksi terbanyak adalah bakteri Gram positif. Berdasarkan morfologinya, penyebab ketuban pecah dini akibat infeksi terbanyak adalah bakteri Gram negatif batang dan bakteri Gram positif coccus. Bakteri penyebab ketuban pecah dini terbanyak adalah bakteri Gram negatif batang dan bakteri Gram positif kokus, sedangkan bakteri penyebab ketuban pecah dini terbanyak adalah bakteri Gram negatif batang dan bakteri Gram positif batang.
