Potensi Hazard Ergonomi terhadap Kejadian Osteoarthirits Lutut pada Pekerja Buruh Pelabuhan di Pelabuhan Cappa Ujung Kota Parepare

Abstract

Abstract. Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease characterized by the breakdown of joint cartilage. Osteoarthritis can affect the hips, knees, hands and feet, causing severe disability especially in the elderly population. The process of knee OA is a load that exceeds its normal capacity on normal tissue or normal load on tissue that has a problem. Work has a risk of a certain disease due to a hazard or hazard, one of which is Knee Osteoarthritis. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are: (1) How many dock workers at the port of Caapa at the end of Parepare City are affected by knee osteoarthritis? (2) What is the description of the risk of ergonomic hazard on the incidence of Knee Osteoarthritis in port workers at the Cappa port at the end of Parepare City? The study used observational analysis with a cross-sectional approach. Analysis of the data used in this study using univariate analysis with a sample of 114 people. The results of the study from 114 people there were complaints of knee osteoarthritis with a total of 42 people (36.5%) which were divided by job division and by age group. The history and examination carried out on dock workers by doctors showed that there were complaints of knee osteoarthritis in the age group of 50 to 54 years with 17 people (40.4%), while the ergonomic hazard risk was reviewed using the BRIEF survey of posture, force, duration. , and frequency there is the highest risk in the unloading section with 3 points and the arranging goods section with 4 points. There is an influence of age with the incidence of Knee Osteoarthritis and the potential for ergonomic hazards that can be exposed to dock workers which can cause knee Osteoarthritis.

Abstrak. Osteoarthritis adalah penyakit degeneratif yang ditandai dengan kerusakan rawan sendi. Osteoarthritis dapat terkena pada pinggul, lutut, tangan dan kaki, yang menyebabkan kecacatan parah terutama pada populasi lansia. Proses terjadinya OA lutut adalah beban yang melebihi kapasitas normalnya pada jaringan normal atau beban normal pada jaringan yang memiliki masalah. Pekerjaan memiliki risiko terjadinya suatu penyakit tertentu akibat adanya bahaya atau hazard salah satunya Osteoarthritis Lutut. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Berapakah jumlah buruh pelabuhan di pelabuhan caapa ujung Kota Parepare yang terkena osteoarthritis Lutut? (2) Bagaimanakah Gambaran risiko hazard ergonomi terhadap kejadian Osteoarthritis Lutut pada pekerja buruh pelabuhan di pelabuhan cappa ujung Kota Parepare? Penelitian menggunakan metode observasional analisis dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dengan jumlah sampel 114 orang. Hasil penelitian dari 114 orang terdapat adanya keluhan osteoarthritis lutut dengan jumlah 42 orang  (36,5%)   yang terbagi berdasarkan perbagian pekerjaan dan berdasarkan kelompok usia. Anamnesis dan pemeriksaan yang dilakukan pada buruh pelabuhan yang dilakukan oleh dokter terdapat adanya keluhan osteoarthritis lutut pada kelompok usia 50 hingga 54 tahun dengan 17 orang (40,4%), sedangkan pada risiko hazard ergonominya yang ditinjau menggunakan BRIEF survey dari posture, force, duration, dan frequency terdapat risiko tertinggi pada bagian pembongkaran barang dengan poin 3 dan bagian menyusun barang dengan poin 4. Terdapat adanya pengaruh usia dengan kejadian Osteoarthritis Lutut dan potensi hazard ergonomi yang dapat terkena pada buruh pelabuhan yang dapat menyebabkan Osteoarthritis lutut.
