Nicotine stain cutaneous manifestations were the most common, 40.30% of the total cutaneous manifestations, while the second order was Earlobe crease 38.81%. The data from this study indicate that smoking for >20 years with an average frequency of cigarette consumption per day of 13 cigarettes gives rise to a trend of frequent cutaneous manifestations of CAD, the most common of which is Nicotine stain.
