Scoping Review: Hubungan Infeksi Saluran Kemih dengan Ketuban Pecah Dini Preterm

Abstract. Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a collective term that describes infections affecting various parts of the urinary tract. The incidence of UTI among pregnant women in Indonesia has increased from 20% to 24.4%, which can pose risks during pregnancy, including preterm premature rupture of membranes (PPROM). The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between urinary tract infections and the occurrence of preterm premature rupture of membranes in preterm pregnancies. This study uses a scoping review methodology to identify and analyze articles from sources such as PubMed, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink. The study employs the PICOS framework: Population (pregnant women with preterm pregnancies who have UTI), Intervention or Exposure (UTI in pregnant women), Comparison (pregnant women with PPROM without UTI), Outcome (the occurrence of PPROM with UTI), Study (cohort, cross-sectional, and case-control). The PRISMA diagram method was used in this research, resulting in eleven articles that met the inclusion and feasibility criteria. Based on the analysis and discussion of the reviewed articles, seven articles concluded that there is a relationship between UTI and PPROM in preterm pregnancies, while four articles concluded that there is no relationship between UTI and PPROM in preterm pregnancies.
Abstrak. Infeksi saluran kemih merupakan istilah kolektif yang mendeskripsikan infeksi yang mencakup beberapa bagian pada saluran kemih. Melihat angka kejadian ISK di Indonesia yang meningkat dari 20% menjadi 24,4% ibu hamil yang mengalami infeksi saluran kemih sehingga dapat memunculkan risiko kehamilan salah satunya ketuban pecah dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan infeksi saluran kemih dan kejadian ketuban pecah dini pada kehamilan preterm. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi scoping review untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis artikel melalui sumber PubMed, ScienceDirect, dan SpringerLink. Penelitian ini menggunakan PICOS, Population (ibu hamil dengan kehamilan preterm yang mengalami infeksi saluran kemih), Intervention atau Exposure (infeksi saluran kemih pada ibu hamil), Comparison (ibu hamil dengan ketuban pecah dini tanpa infeksi saluran kemih), Outcome (kejadian ketuban pecah dini dengan infeksi saluran kemih), Study (cohort, cross sectional, dan case control). Metode diagram PRISMA digunakan dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan sebelas artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan kelayakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan dari uraian artikel penelitian yang di-review, tujuh artikel menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara ISK dan KPD pada kehamilan preterm, sedangkan empat artikel menyimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara ISK dan KPD pada kehamilan preterm.
