Abstract

Abstract. Sleep quality is a crucial aspect of human health that reflects subjective satisfaction with the duration, efficiency, and disturbances during sleep. This study highlights the importance of sleep quality, particularly among university students who often face challenges such as academic stress, heavy workloads, and lifestyle disruptions that can affect their sleep patterns. Data indicate that the majority of students experience poor sleep quality, which is associated with negative outcomes, including reduced concentration, cognitive impairments, and mental health risks. By understanding the factors influencing sleep quality, such as sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and stress levels, this research emphasizes the need for intervention strategies to improve sleep quality, thereby supporting the physical and mental health of students.
