Abstract

In line with the occurrence of fake vaccine cases in several hospitals in Indonesia, which came from individuals who sold vaccines to hospitals. Abstrak. Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk menimbulkan/meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara aktif terhadap suatu penyakit sehingga bila suatu saat terpajan dengan penyakit tersebut tidak akan sakit atau hanya mengalami sakit ringan. Sejalan dengan terjadinya kasus vaksin palsu dibeberapa Rumah Sakit di Indonesia yang berasal dari oknum yang menjual vaksin kepada Rumah Sakit. Imunisasi merupakan upaya preventif, dimana merupakan perlindungan berupa pencegahan suatu penyakit pada diri seseorang dengan vaksin imunisasi. Sesuai dengan tujuan negara yaitu mensejahterakan masyarakat dengan cara mensejahterakan Kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan terjadinya kasus vaksin palsu ini. Dipenulisan ini saya menggunakan metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif, yaitu penelitian difokuskan untuk mengkaji penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma-norma dalam hukum positif, sebagai konsekuensi pemilihan topik permasalahan hukum dan Spesifikasi dari penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analasis. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan tentang beredarnya vaksin palsu serta tanggung jawab oleh Rumah Sakit.
