Implementasi Program A Better World Academy Campaign.com dalam Membina Perencanaan Kampanye Sosial
Abstract
Abstract. Campaign.com is a social startup created by the nation's children that connects individuals, communities, and sponsors who care about social issues. Campaign.com has the A Better World Academy Program which is part of the “Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka” program. A Better World Academy program was created by Campaign.com to help students increase their capacity to plan and implement successful and impactful social campaigns for change. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the A Better World Academy Campaign.com program in fostering social campaign planning which is the implementation aspect, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and results of implementation. This research uses quantitative research method with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document study. The object of this research is the A Better World Academy Campaign.com program and the author is a participant in the A Better World Academy Campaign.com program. In this study, it can be concluded that the A Better World Academy Campaign.com Program in fostering social planning has been quite successful and has been prepared carefully, systematically, and in detail. In the implementation process, there are supporting factors and inhibiting factors that affect the running of the program. The results of the program implementation obtained by the author are various benefits, competencies, and attitude changes that can be categorized into components of cognitive, affective, and conative attitudes.
Abstrak. Campaign.com merupakan startup sosial karya anak bangsa yang menghubungkan individu, komunitas, serta sponsor yang peduli akan isu sosial. Adapun Campaign.com memiliki Program A Better World Academy yang merupakan bagian dari program Studi Independen Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka. Program A Better World Academy ini dibuat oleh Campaign.com untuk membantu mahasiswa agar dapat meningkatkan kapasitasnya dalam hal perencanaan serta pelaksanaan kampanye sosial yang sukses dan berdampak untuk perubahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi program A Better World Academy Campaign.com dalam membina perencanaan kampanye sosial yang difokuskan pada aspek pelaksanaan, faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat, dan hasil dari implementasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumen. Objek penelitian ini yakni program A Better World Academy Campaign.com serta penulis sebagai peserta program A Better World Academy Campaign.com. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat di simpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan Program A Better World Academy Campaign.com dalam membina perencanaan kampanye sosial sudah cukup berhasil dan tersusun secara matang, sistematis, dan terperinci. Pada proses pelaksanaannya terdapat faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat yang berpengaruh terhadap berjalannya program. Hasil dari implementasi program yang didapatkan penulis yaitu berbagai manfaat, kompetensi, dan perubahan sikap yang dapat dikategorikan menjadi komponen sikap kognitif, afektif, serta konatif.
