Abstract
Along with the development of an increasingly dynamic society due to the advancement of science and technology, especially advances in information technology, the actualization of the values of the Al-Qur'an becomes very important because, without the actualization of the Holy Scriptures, Muslims will face obstacles in efforts to internalize these values. The Qur'an is an effort to shape the personality of people who are faithful, pious, noble character, intelligent, advanced, and independent. In this case, leadership is something that must exist in the activities of human life, especially instilling students from an early age through the education system, which we usually call the curriculum. Without leadership, the world order will be chaotic and full of problems. Therefore, since Islam was revealed to humans, it has always prioritized leadership matters. The Prophet Muhammad SAW, his companions, until the leadership after him, continued to try to provide the best leadership. The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) the formulation of leadership character development in the DT Typical curriculum (2) the Implementation of the DT Typical curriculum which contains leadership characters (3) the results of the evaluation of leadership character learning as a process and result of implementing the DT Typical curriculum (4) suggestions for obstacles and challenges in the implementation of the DT Typical curriculum in building leadership character for male students of Daarut Tauhiid Boarding School Vocational School. This research is included in the type of case study research, namely, the researcher conducts an in-depth exploration of programs, events, processes, and activities and makes them as case study material in research. Data related to this research were collected through case studies because this study is related to curriculum implementation. The results of this study reveal that in the implementation of the leadership character education implementation program, the entire academic community in the school contributes with their respective portions and roles. Musyrif is a role model who frequently interacts and carries out activities with the students, and other parties are no less important in supporting the process of implementing the DT-specific Curriculum program in building leadership character. In implementing the Typical DT curriculum in building leadership character, it is necessary to have a directed, structured, and well-managed program by the school and guide students in the realm of soft skills to support the social life of students in the future.
