Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas V SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. Changing times require educational institutions to innovate to improve education quality. Focusing on developing social skills, providing emotional support, and applying technology is crucial to meet globalization and Industrial Revolution 4.0 challenges. Education must consider individual interests and talents, employing a differentiated approach to create an inclusive, relevant learning environment. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods to explain differentiated learning in fifth-grade Islamic religious education. Through interviews, observations, and field studies, in-depth data is gathered to understand this phenomenon. The results show that the qualitative approach and descriptive method offer a comprehensive understanding of differentiated learning in Islamic religious education. At SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong, this model has increased fifth graders' learning interest. Integrated planning, implementation, and evaluation allow students to learn according to their styles, promoting active participation and better material understanding. The differentiated learning approach in Islamic religious education has proven effective in creating an inclusive environment supporting students' holistic development. Teachers identify individual needs, organize modules by learning styles, and conduct holistic evaluations, increasing student engagement, academic achievement, and personal growth, making learning enjoyable.

Abstrak. Perubahan zaman menuntut lembaga pendidikan untuk berinovasi guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Berfokus pada pengembangan keterampilan sosial, memberikan dukungan emosional, dan menerapkan teknologi sangat penting untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Pendidikan harus mempertimbangkan minat dan bakat individu, menggunakan pendekatan yang berbeda untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif untuk menjelaskan pembelajaran diferensiasi pada pendidikan agama Islam kelas V. Melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi lapangan, data mendalam dikumpulkan untuk memahami fenomena ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif menawarkan pemahaman komprehensif tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Di SDN 044 Cicadas Awigombong, model ini telah meningkatkan minat belajar siswa kelas V. Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi terpadu menjadikan siswa untuk belajar sesuai dengan gaya mereka, mendorong partisipasi aktif dan pemahaman materi yang lebih baik. Pendekatan pembelajaran diferensiasi dalam pendidikan agama Islam terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan inklusif yang mendukung perkembangan siswa secara holistik. Guru mengidentifikasi kebutuhan individu, mengatur modul berdasarkan gaya belajar, dan melakukan evaluasi holistik, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, prestasi akademik, dan pertumbuhan pribadi, sehingga menjadikan pembelajaran menyenangkan.
