Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi terhadap Kualitas Proses Pembelajaran pada Mata Pelajaran PAI Siswa Kelas XI di MAN 1 Bandung

Abstract

Abstract. The aim of this research is to obtain systematic, authentic and accurate information about facts related to the implementation of differentiated learning on the quality of the learning process in PAI subjects for class XI students at MAN 1 Bandung. The quality of the learning process carried out at MAN 1 Bandung prioritizes student identification first because of the diversity of students in class XI where each student has different talents, interests and abilities so teachers must facilitate students according to what is needed. Differentiated learning is the right idea to achieve the expected learning goals. This qualitative research found that in implementing differentiated learning the following steps are needed; First, planning is carried out by mapping students' initial abilities, readiness and interest in learning as well as finding essential material that must be studied; Second, implementing learning with a strategy of content differentiation, process differentiation and product differentiation. Third, carry out an evaluation to determine the effectiveness and level of success of the learning objectives carried out. The researcher concluded that differentiated learning had an impact on the quality of the learning process in PAI subjects. After carrying out this differentiated learning, it had a very good impact on the development of students' potential because not only teachers had to be active in class, but students also took part in the learning. The success of differentiated learning. is also supported by good collaboration and communication between the school and the student's parents. It is recommended to other researchers that the results of this research can be used as reference material for subsequent research related to differentiated learning on the quality of the learning process in PAI subjects.

Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang sistematis, otentik dan akurat tentang fakta-fakta terkait implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PAI siswa kelas XI di MAN 1 Bandung. Kualitas proses dari pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di MAN 1 Bandung ini dengan mengutamakan peserta didik dari identifikasi terlebih dahulu sebab keberagaman peserta didik di kelas XI dimana setiap peserta didik memiliki bakat dan minat serta kemampuan yang berbeda sehingga guru harus memfasilitasi peserta didik sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan gagasan yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Penelitian kualitatif ini menemukan bahwa dalam upaya pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi diperlukan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut; Pertama, dilakukan perencanaan dengan melakukan pemetaan terhadap kemampuan awal peserta didik, kesiapan dan minat belajarnya serta menemukan materi esensial yang wajib dipelajari; Kedua, melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan strategi diferensiasi konten, diferensiasi proses, dan diferensiasi produk. Ketiga, melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan tingkat keberhasilan tujuan dari pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PAI ini setelah menjalankan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ini berdampak sangat baik terhadap perkembangan potensi siswa sebab tidak hanya guru saja yang harus aktif di kelas akan tetapi murid juga ikut andil di dalam pembelajaran tersebut Keberhasilan pembelajaran diferensiasi tersebut juga didukung oleh adanya kolaborasi dan komunikasi yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan wali murid. Disarankan kepada peneliti lain hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan referensi untuk penelitian berikutnya yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran PAI.
