Implementasi Peraturan Rektor Nomor 252 Tentang Penggunaan Busana Islami Bagi Mahasiswa di Lingkungan kampus Universitas Islam Bandung
Abstract
Abstract. Implementation is implementation or application. Another meaning of implementation is distributing the output of a policy implemented by an implementer (to convey the policy output) to a target group in an effort to achieve the policy. Regulations are provisions that bind citizens, groups, communities which are used as a guide, order and control of behavior. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out the background of the chancellor in making regulation number 252 concerning the use of Islamic clothing for students on the Bandung Islamic University campus. (2) Knowing the socialization carried out in the regulations for wearing Islamic clothing in Islamic clothing for students on the Bandung Islamic University campus (3) Knowing the stages and implementation carried out in the regulations for wearing Islamic clothing for students on the Bandung Islamic University campus. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by conducting field research through an interview process, documentation carried out on the Bandung Islamic University campus. Based on the results of this research, there are values such as (1) The Chancellor's background regarding the inauguration of regulations on the use of Islamic clothing is one way to achieve Unisba's vision and mission. (2) The socialization carried out when this regulation was implemented was very good, by disseminating information through available platforms, making banners from student organizations. (3) the stages and implementation are quite good even though a task force has not been formed as part of monitoring the existence of this rule.
Abstrak. Implementasi adalah pelaksanaan atau penerapan. Arti lain dari implementasi yaitu mendistribusikan keluaran dari suatu kebijakan yang dijalankan oleh seorang pelaksana (untuk menyampaikan keluaran kebijakan ) kepada suatu kelompok sasaran dalam upaya mencapai kebijakan tersebut. Peraturan adalah ketentuan yang mengikat warga, kelompok, masyarakat yang dipakai sebagai panduan,tatanan, dan pengendalian tingkah laku.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengetahui latar belakang rektor membuat peraturan nomor 252 tentang penggunaan busana islami bagi mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus Universitas Islam Bandung (2) Mengetahui sosialisasi yang dilakukan dalam peraturan penggunaan busana islami berbusana islami bagi mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus Universitas islam Bandung (3) Mengetahui tahapan dan pelaksanaan yang dilakukan dalam peraturan penggunaan busana islami bagi mahasiswa di lingkungan kampus Universitas Islam Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan cara melakukan penelitian lapangan melalui proses wawancara, dokumentasi yang dilakukan di kampus Universitas Islam Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut terdapat nilai-nilai seperti (1) Latar belakang rektor tentang diresmikannya peraturan penggunaan busana islami adalah salah satu cara agar tercapainya visi misi unisba. (2) Sosialisasi yang dilakukan saat adanya peraturan ini sudah sangat baik dengan menyebarkan informasi melalui platform yang tersedia, membuat banner juga dari organisasi mahasiswa. (3) tahapan dan pelaksanaan sudah cukup baik walaupun belum dibentuk satgas sebagai bagian dari pengawasan pada adanya aturan ini.
