Perancangan Sistem Informasi E-Rekrutmen pada Departemen Human Resource Development Menggunakan Sveltekit

Abstract

Abstract. PT XYZ is a metal casting manufacturing company that produces various automotive components. The recruitment process in the Human Resource Development (HRD) department is still conducted conventionally, resulting in time inefficiency, increased costs, higher risk of errors, and limited transparency for applicants. This study aims to design and develop a web-based e-recruitment information system to automate the registration, selection, and integrated management of applicant data. The system is developed using the SvelteKit framework for the frontend and PocketBase SQLite as the database, applying the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) development method and the Model-Driven Development (MDD) strategy. The results indicate that the e-recruitment system facilitates online applicant registration and selection status monitoring, while assisting HRD in storing, managing, and filtering applicant data. The system is also equipped with a job-matching algorithm based on applicant profiles. The implementation of this system has the potential to improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, minimize manual errors, and enhance applicant satisfaction.

Abstrak. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan manufaktur pengecoran logam yang memproduksi berbagai komponen otomotif. Proses rekrutmen di Departemen Human Resource Development (HRD) masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga menimbulkan pemborosan waktu, biaya, risiko kesalahan, serta keterbatasan transparansi bagi pelamar. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi e-rekrutmen berbasis web untuk mengotomatisasi proses pendaftaran, seleksi, dan pengelolaan data pelamar secara terintegrasi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework SvelteKit sebagai frontend dan PocketBase SQLite sebagai basis data, dengan metode pengembangan Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) dan strategi Model-Driven Development (MDD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-rekrutmen mampu mempermudah pelamar dalam melakukan pendaftaran serta memantau status seleksi secara daring, sekaligus membantu HRD dalam menyimpan, mengelola, dan memfilter data pelamar. Sistem juga dilengkapi algoritma pencocokan lowongan dengan profil pelamar. Implementasi sistem ini berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi, menekan biaya operasional, meminimalkan kesalahan manual, dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelamar
