Abstract

Abstract. Non-ergonomic working postures can lead to physical complaints, increase the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), and reduce work productivity. PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PT DI) is a national company engaged in the manufacturing of complete passenger aircraft, aircraft components, helicopters, and aircraft engine maintenance for both civil and military sectors. The market response strategies applied by PT DI include Engineering to Order (ETO) and Make to Order (MTO). The assembly process of the lower panel components of the Airbus A350 at PT Dirgantara Indonesia is performed manually and repetitively, which potentially increases the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study aims to identify the level of ergonomic risk using the Occupational Repetitive Actions (OCRA) method. The results of the OCRA risk assessment indicate a high risk level for the right hand with a score of 6, and a moderate risk level for the left hand with a score of 4.

DI yaitu engineering to order (ETO) dan make to order (MTO).
