Perancangan Sistem Informasi Layanan Klinik Dian Dental Care

Abstract. Dian Dental Care (DDC) is a dental healthcare clinic that still faces challenges in service management due to the absence of an integrated information system. Processes such as patient data retrieval and matching dentists with patients’ medical histories require considerable time, which negatively affects service efficiency. This study aims to design a web-based clinic information system that supports structured patient data management and administrative services. The system design employs the Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) method, which emphasizes speed and flexibility in system development. The FAST stages include scope definition, problem analysis, functional and non-functional requirements analysis, logical system design, alternative solution selection, and implementation. The system model is represented using Use Case Diagrams (UCD), Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) to describe user interactions, data flows, and database structures. System implementation includes database and user interface design, followed by system construction and testing. The proposed system is developed as a web-based application utilizing Supabase and Next.js, and is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service quality at Dian Dental Care Clinic.
Abstrak. Klinik Dian Dental Care (DDC) merupakan klinik kesehatan gigi yang masih mengalami kendala dalam pengelolaan layanan akibat belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Proses pencarian data pasien dan penyesuaian dokter berdasarkan riwayat medis membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama, sehingga berdampak pada efektivitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi klinik berbasis web yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data pasien dan administrasi secara terstruktur. Perancangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode Framework for the Application of System Thinking (FAST) yang berorientasi pada kecepatan dan fleksibilitas pengembangan. Tahapan FAST meliputi definisi lingkup, analisis permasalahan, analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan nonfungsional, perancangan logis sistem, pemilihan alternatif solusi, serta implementasi. Model sistem digambarkan menggunakan Use Case Diagram (UCD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) untuk merepresentasikan interaksi pengguna, alur data, dan struktur basis data. Implementasi sistem mencakup perancangan basis data dan antarmuka pengguna, dilanjutkan dengan tahap konstruksi dan pengujian sistem. Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan berbasis web dengan memanfaatkan Supabase dan Next.js, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, keakuratan, dan kualitas pelayanan di Klinik Dian Dental Care.
