Abstract

Abstract. PT. XYZ is a modern retail company in Indonesia that manages the Alfamart minimarket network. The continuity of its operations is highly dependent on the availability of products supplied by various vendors. Products from suppliers are first delivered to the distribution center (DC) before being distributed to all Alfamart outlets. This process requires structured and efficient coordination to ensure that customer service remains optimal. The smoothness of distribution is strongly determined by the reliability of suppliers in maintaining supply continuity. Supply disruptions and declining service levels not only affect sales performance but also reduce customer trust. Therefore, this study aims to determine the best supplier to be selected as a strategic partner of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. The research method combines the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). FAHP is used to determine the priority weights of the evaluation criteria, while TOPSIS is applied to rank the supplier alternatives based on their closeness to the ideal solution. The data were obtained through observation and interviews with three experts at the Imam Bonjol Warehouse Center. The results indicate that quality and price are the main priority criteria, followed by location and flexibility, while policy and compatibility have the lowest weights. Based on the TOPSIS results, the best supplier is PT Nitraya Biaperi Niaga, followed by PT Laza Global Indonesia and UD Abdul Ghofur

Abstrak. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan ritel modern di Indonesia yang mengelola jaringan minimarket Alfamart. Keberlangsungan operasional perusahaan sangat bergantung pada ketersediaan produk dari berbagai pemasok. Produk dari pemasok terlebih dahulu dikirim ke pusat distribusi (Distribution Center/DC) sebelum didistribusikan ke seluruh gerai. Proses ini memerlukan koordinasi yang terstruktur dan efisien agar layanan kepada pelanggan tetap optimal. Kelancaran distribusi sangat ditentukan oleh keandalan pemasok dalam menjaga kontinuitas pasokan. Gangguan suplai dan penurunan service level tidak hanya berdampak pada penjualan, tetapi juga menurunkan kepercayaan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan pemasok terbaik yang layak dijadikan mitra strategis oleh PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Metode yang digunakan adalah kombinasi Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). FAHP digunakan untuk menentukan bobot prioritas kriteria, sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk merangking alternatif pemasok berdasarkan kedekatan dengan solusi ideal. Data diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap tiga pakar di Warehouse Center Imam Bonjol. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kriteria kualitas dan harga menjadi prioritas utama, diikuti oleh lokasi dan fleksibilitas, sementara kebijakan dan kompatibilitas memiliki bobot terendah. Berdasarkan TOPSIS, pemasok terbaik adalah PT Nitraya Biaperi Niaga, diikuti PT Laza Global Indonesia dan UD Abdul Ghofur.
