Abstract

Abstract. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in promoting economic growth, creating employment opportunities, and improving community welfare. However, MSME sustainability continues to face challenges, particularly in the adoption of Financial Technology and the development of an innovation culture. This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Technology and Innovation Culture on MSME Sustainability in Bandung City. A quantitative approach with a survey method was employed. The study involved 230 MSME owners selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results indicate that Financial Technology has a positive effect on MSME Sustainability, with a path coefficient of 0.189, while Innovation Culture has a stronger positive effect, with a path coefficient of 0.646. These findings suggest that Innovation Culture contributes more substantially to MSME Sustainability than Financial Technology. Therefore, strengthening an innovation culture supported by the optimal utilization of Financial Technology is essential to enhance the competitiveness and long-term sustainability of MSMEs in Bandung City.
