Analisis Penerimaan Mobile Banking Bank Milik Negara dengan Pendekatan TAM

Abstract. The development of digital technology has encouraged state-owned banks to improve service quality through mobile banking. This study aims to describe the level of acceptance of mobile banking among the people of Bandung City using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a sample of 100 respondents selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a Likert-scale questionnaire. The variables studied included Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual System Use. The results showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward use, intention to use, and actual use were in the high category. This indicates that state-owned banks' mobile banking has been well-received by the people of Bandung City because it offers ease, efficiency, and convenience in conducting banking transactions.
Abstrak. Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong bank milik negara untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan melalui mobile banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat penerimaan mobile banking pada masyarakat Kota Bandung menggunakan pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, dan Actual System Use. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi kegunaan, sikap terhadap penggunaan, niat menggunakan, dan penggunaan aktual berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mobile banking bank milik negara telah diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat Kota Bandung karena mampu memberikan kemudahan, efisiensi, dan kenyamanan dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan.
