Analisis Perbandingan Tingkat Produktivitas dengan Menggunakan Metode Omax Sebelum dan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract. The instability of productivity growth during the COVID-19 pandemic has become an obstacle to the rise and fall of the quality of institutions that have an interest. This study aims to analyze the comparison of productivity levels before and during the covid-19 pandemic using the OMAX method at the KPPN of the DJPb Regional Office of West Java Province. In this study, the method used by the researcher is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. In this study, the data collection technique used is the documentation technique. This study shows that there is an instability in the level of productivity in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic and before the covid-19 pandemic at the KPPN of the DJPb Regional Office of West Java Province. This happens because the weight criteria and also the value of the productivity assessment at the West Java Province KPPN DGT Regional Office have differences every semester. If the KPPN of the DJPb Regional Office is consistent in the weight criteria and also the value in the KPPN assessment, it will have an impact on the growth scale which will not be far in comparison and will achieve stability.

Abstrak. Ketidakstabilan pertumbuhan produktivitas di masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi penghambat naik dan turunnya kualitas lembaga yang memiliki kepentingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat produktivitas sebelum dan pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan menggunakan metode omax pada KPPN Kanwil DJPb Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya ketidakstabilan tingkat produktivitas pada kondisi pandemi covid-19 maupun sebelum pandemi covid-19 pada KPPN Kanwil DJPb Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hal ini terjadi karena kriteria bobot dan juga nilai terhadap penilaian produktivitas pada KPPN Kanwil DJPb Provinsi Jawa Barat memiliki perbedaan setiap semesternya. Apabila KPPN Kanwil DJPb melakukukan konsistensi pada kriteria bobot dan juga nilai pada penilaian KPPN akan berdampak pada skala pertumbuhan yang tidak akan jauh perbandingannya dan akan mencapai kestabilan.
