Pengaruh Penerapan Total Quality Management dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract. Recent developments prove that management is not sufficient to ensure that the management process runs efficiently. a better method is needed besides the management itself. There are various concepts that have been developed by researchers related to methods of effective and efficient organizational management. Among them are Good Corporate Governance and Total Quality Management. GCG has an effect on increasing TQM in relation to customer focus, process improvement, and for increasing productivity. It can be seen that the existing GCG in the company can improve TQM, and the increase in TQM can affect the company's performance, so that it can detect and improve the weaknesses that exist in the company. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the application of Total Quality Management on the company's performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in the city of Bandung, to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the implementation of good corporate governance on the company's performance at Islamic commercial banks in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this study is a verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample of this research consists of 9 Islamic commercial banks in the city of Bandung with a total of 34 respondents using non-probability sampling technique with the type of convenience sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis used in this study using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the application of total quality management (TQM) has an effect on company performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in Bandung City and the application of good corporate governance (GCG) does not. affect the company's performance at Islamic Commercial Banks in the city of Bandung.”

Abstrak. “Perkembangan terbaru membuktikan bahwa manajemen tidak cukup untuk memastikan bahwa proses pengelolaan manajemen berjalan dengan efisien. dibutuhkan metode yang lebih baik disamping manajemen itu sendiri. Terdapat berbagai konsep yang telah dikembangkan oleh para peneliti berkaitan dengan metode-metode tentang pengelolaan organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. Diantaranya adalah Good Corporate Governance dan Total Quality Management. GCG berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan TQM dalam kaitannya dengan customer focus, process improvement, dan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan dengan peningkatan TQM tersebut dapat berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dalam kaitannya dengan efektivitas dan efesiensi kerja. Terlihat bahwa GCG yang ada pada perusahaan dapat meningkatkan TQM, dan peningkatan TQM dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan, sehingga dapat mendeteksi, memperbaiki kelemahan-kelemahan yang ada pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisa besarnya Pegaruh Penerapan Total Quality Mangement terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Bank Umum Usaha Syariah yang ada di Kota Bandung, menganalisa besarnya Pengaruh Penerapan Good Corporate Governance terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Bank Umum Usaha Syariah yang ada di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitan ini terdiri dari 9 Bank Umum Syariah di kota Bandung dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 34 data menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis convenience sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa penerapan total quality management (TQM) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah di Kota Bandung dan penerapan good corporate governance (GCG) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada Bank Umum Syariah di Kota Bandung.
